What items are Returnable?
- If the item is damage or damage during transit you have 30 days to return the item for a full refund or replacement
- If an error was made during fulfillment or you do not like the product and the item is unused you can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, the item must be in original new condition and packaging.
We do not give refunds on USED products, items returned must be in new condition and in their original manufacturer box or packaging. We do not charge any restocking fee unless the return is not related to damage during transit or a different item received, if so, the buyer pays the return shipping cost (THE SHIPPING WILL BE DISCOUNTED FROM THE REFUND) and up to 100% restocking fee if after inspection the item is found to be as described in the product page, in working order, not as shipped, a product not bought from us or is one of the non-returnable items in the list.
You have 7 days after requesting a return label to hand the package to the carrier or a fee will be charged for a used product return.

How do I return?
- Contact us and enter your order number and the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- After approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5 working days.
